Not long ago I commisioned the amazing kaosnest ( http://kaos-nest.deviantart.com/ ) for a tattoodesign and it's already taking shape - above you can see the first Sketch ........ can't wait to see the final image :)
It will cover half of my back so I hope it won't hurt too much ^^ (yeah I've been afraid of needles for nearly my whole life but I've been trying to slowly overcome that fear for the past years)
